The amp on my stock Bose system died. Now I only have 2 speakers that are working and a loud squeal from another one. I guess I'll have to dump the system. I was looking at a Nakamichi cd40z receiver and Diamond 6.5 speakers in the front and 4.0 in the rear and using Dynamat insulation in the doors. Total price about $1100.00. Sounds expensive to me, What do you guys think?
